Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • Crab – 10 medium (Cleaned)


  • Maida / All purpose flour – 4 tablespoon


  • Cornstarch – 4 tablespoon


  • Ginger garlic paste - 21/2 tablespoon


  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tablespoon


  • Red chilly powder – 3 tablespoon


  • Pepper powder – 1 tablespoon


  • Soya sauce – 2 tablespoon


  • Salt - 3 tablespoon


  • Oil - 1 cup

Directions

  • Add salt, maida, cornstarch, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and soya sauce to crab and mix well.
  • Sprinkle some water to mix the masala so as to give a thick coating to the crab.
  • Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan to fry the crab.
  • Gently drop the marinated crabs to the hot oil.
  • Flip and cook both sides until crispy.
